Rickard Garvare is a professor of quality technology at Luleå University of Technology, Sweden. Since 2016 he is head of the Division of Business Administration and Industrial Engineering at the university. He achieved his PhD in quality technology (2002). He teaches at the master programme in Industrial and Management Engineering, has supervised six PhD students, and has published a large number of scientific papers.
