Sanne Frandsen is an Associate Professor at the Department of Business Administration at Lund University. In addition to her academic role, she is also an experienced narrative coach, combining research-based knowledge with practical narrative techniques to inspire and empower others. In her research, she uses ethnographic and narrative approaches to study sensemaking, emotions, and identity work in stigmatized organizational contexts. Her research has been published in the Journal of Management Studies, Human Relations, Journal of Business Ethics, Management Communication Quarterly, European Journal of Marketing, Scandinavian Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Ethnography, Journal of Management Development, and Tamara.
